ABOUT OUR DINNER PARTIES
Over the past few years we have hosted occasional communal dinner parties, each with around 30 guests. You might arrive as strangers, but you’ll certainly leave as friends.
For adventurous eaters, these multi-course prix fixe tasting menus feature the harvest from our own culinary garden and greenhouses, along with carefully-sourced ingredients from other local farms and our favorite meat, fish, and cheese purveyors.
Expect a theme ~ see examples listed below ~ as the ‘exact’ menu is not announced in advance. And be prepared for surprises as Chef Henning has a bit more time to experiment in the kitchen in the months leading up to these special events.
Arrive for cocktail hour, then settle in for a leisurely dinner and great conversations. Inspired by Mosquito Supper Club in New Orleans and The Lost Kitchen in Freedom, Maine.
For our dinner parties, we are unable to accommodate folks with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.
